You should only make payments to Orange County Planning and Inspections in one of two ways:
1. Through the official Orange County payment portal: https://centralpermits.orangecountync.gov/EnerGov_Prod/SelfService#/home
2. By check made payable to “Orange County, NC”
If you receive any other type of payment request or invoice, it is a phishing scam — do not pay it.
