Chef Junior
Ages 6-8 | This introduction to the kitchen teaches children how to read a recipe; basic kitchen skills such as mixing, measuring, and beginner knife skills; and how to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.

Chef Senior
Ages 9-11 | This intermediate class reinforces reading recipes and basic kitchen skills such as knife skills and proper food handling. The children are encouraged to prepare the recipes as a group with guidance from staff when needed.

Chess Beginner Class
Ages 5-14 | Chess is a game that once you learn how to play, you will enjoy it forever. While learning the game, students develop skills in critical thinking, focus, sportsmanship and self-esteem.

Chess Mixed Level Class
Ages 8-18 | In this mixed level chess class, students will be provided with a level appropriate workbook for independent study, while working in class with a range of exercises designed to build pattern recognition of increasingly complex tactical themes.

Ages 8+ | A mixed martial arts style called PaSaRyu “Way of Honor” combines karate, kung-fu, and taekwondo into an artistic and effective self-defense technique.
