Tai Chi - Saturday Morning

An ancient Chinese exercise system that includes methods of sequenced movements derived from martial arts with graceful and smooth transitions to achieve a state of relaxation of body & mind. Participants will learn Yang Style Tai Chi Long Forms, its application in meditation and self-defense, as well as other aspects of Tai Chi like Push Hands.
