Chef Senior

Chef Class Senior is a six-week program that teaches children how to make snacks, easy meals and quick desserts. This intermediate class reinforces reading recipes and basic kitchen skills such as knife skills and proper food handling. The children are encouraged to prepare the recipes as a group with guidance from staff when needed. *Some ingredients may contain allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, gluten or eggs. Recipes may also contain meat products.

Plant-based Spring

In Plant-Based Spring, senior chefs will explore fresh, seasonal ingredients while learning to create bright, plant-forward meals. Each week, students will build confidence and creativity in the kitchen as they experiment with herbs, fruits, veggies, and spring flavors in fun, hands-on ways.

Ultimate Breakfast Lab

In the Ultimate Breakfast Lab, senior chefs will explore healthy, portable breakfast foods while learning new kitchen skills and assembling their own morning meals. This hands-on class builds creativity, confidence, and practical cooking skills for everyday mornings.
