Well Repair Fund for American Stone Quarry Area
As a condition of a special-use permit granted to American Stone Company for the expansion of the rock quarry located on Highway 54 West, the no fault well repair fund was established for the benefit of residents within 3,000 feet of the existing quarry. The fund is dedicated for the repair or replacement of wells in that area that fail, and the failure is found to be unrelated to the quarry operations.
