Orange County Cooperative Extension stocks the soil sample boxes and forms for soil sampling. There is a red cart and signage outside and in front of the Bonnie B. Davis Environment and Agricultural Center. Check inside the cart for boxes and forms. They will also take the samples to the NCDA&CS lab in Raleigh for testing if you place them in the provided bin.

Orange County's Geographic Information Services/Land Records Office has current aerial photography and digital orthophotography. Contact the GIS/Land Records office for further information.
