To upload your Business Listing Form to the Orange County Tax Office
This option is ONLY for Business Listing Forms. No other forms/requests will be accepted.
- Scan your completed and signed Business Listing Form. Blank Listing Forms are not accepted.
- Upload
- Complete the contact information fields and attach your scanned business listing form file.
- This form must be timely submitted before January 31, 2025.
