Each agency must report on its performance objectives, three times annually, prior to receiving reimbursement for expenses outlined in their Scope of Services Performance Agreement.

Performance Reporting Due Dates
- 1st and 2nd Quarter - January 6, 2026
- 3rd Quarter - April 6, 2026
- 4th Quarter - July 6, 2026
Agency Performance Agreements will be administered and monitored by County Departments based on Functional Leadership Team.
