The Orange County Partnership to End Homelessness is recruiting community members with an interest in addressing homelessness for its Project Review Committee (PRC).
Project Review Committee members establish funding priorities for Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and Continuum of Care (CoC) competitions, rate and rank project applications and monitor program performance throughout the year.
“The Partnership to End Homelessness depends upon the expertise of our community members, including people who have direct, lived experience of the homeless system,” said OCPEH Manager Rachel Waltz. “Allocating limited HUD funding as the need for rental assistance and homeless services continues to grow requires hard conversations and tough decisions. I cannot overstate my gratitude for the commitment and involvement of the Project Review Committee members to address the growing need.”
