Durham-Chapel Hill-Carrboro Metropolitan Planning Organization (DCHC MPO), through Central Pines Regional Council (CPRC), invites qualified consulting firms to submit a Letter of Interest to provide professional consulting services for the Orange County Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan. This Plan is an update and expansion of the Orange County Transportation Multimodal Plan from 2024 and will focus on several deliverables to meet the County's short- and long-term needs related to bicycle and pedestrian planning including:
- Comprehensive pedestrian and bicycle network plans
- Prioritization and implementation recommendations
- Policy and implementation recommendations
Letters of interest should be addressed to Madeline Galliano, Transportation Planner, DCHC MPO at mgalliano@dchcmpo.org. Letters must be in .pdf format and received electronically no later than 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 21, 2024.
