The Orange County Department on Aging and the Project EngAGE End of Life Choices Senior Resource Team invite the public to attend presentation and discussion on, New End of Life Options: Bluestem & Endswell on November 30.
As we continue to make advancements and discuss what we want at the end of our life, new after-death options are emerging. It is so important to ensure that we have our final stage plans in place, and with more end-of-life options becoming available there is much to consider.
Two new, innovative, and eco-friendly options are aquamation and green burial. Bluestem Conservation Cemetery www.bluestemcemetery.org burial ground serves as place where individual and community commitment to conservation and perpetuity come together. Endswell Water Cremation and Urn Gallery www.endswellcremation.com is one of only three providers of aquamation in North Carolina, and the only one located in Central North Carolina.
Join Heidi Hannapel and Jeff Masten, co-founders of Bluestem Conservation Cemetery and Hunter Beattie, founder of Endswell Water Cremation and Urn Gallery for an enlightening and in-depth conversation about end-of-life options being offered in Orange County.
The event will take place at the Passmore Center located 103 Meadowlands Drive, Hillsborough on Thu, Nov 30, from 5:30 – 7:30 pm. Dinner will be served beginning at 5:30 pm.
