The Orange County Solid Waste Management Department operates the County’s comprehensive Recycling Collection Programs for residential and commercial entities. The Department also operates the Construction and Demolition Landfill and oversees Regulated Material Recycling. Solid Waste also manages five manned Waste and Recycling Centers, including two with Household Hazardous Waste and three with Food Waste drop-off, and four unmanned recycling drop off sites.
