The Orange County Department of Social Services (DSS), in collaboration with the Orange Works Employment and Training Center, is proud to announce the Summer 2025 Job Fair and Recruitment Event, taking place on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 113 Mayo Street, Hillsborough, NC.
With over 50 employers from across the Triangle region, this event is designed to connect job seekers with hiring organizations in a wide range of industries, including healthcare, education, law enforcement, transportation, engineering, hospitality, and local and state government.
Confirmed Employers Include:
- Duke Health
- ABB
- Alamance Community College
- Town of Chapel Hill
- UPS
- U.S. Army and Marine Corps
- NC Department of Transportation
- Orange County Government Agencies
- Sheetz, Aramark, Randstad, Manpower
- Durham Police Department and Wake County Sheriff’s Office
- And many more
In addition to direct hiring opportunities, support organizations such as Dress for Success will be present to provide free career coaching, resume assistance, and information about certification and job-readiness programs.
The Veterans’ Center Mobile Van will also be onsite, offering support for veterans including help with claims, benefits, and other resources.

Orange County DSS staff will also be available to discuss employment and training programs designed to help individuals gain the experience and skills needed to succeed in today’s job market.
