Stephen has been with Orange County Environmental Health since 2022. He is currently the Program Specialist responsible for plan reviews for permit applicants. Stephen is authorized in Retail Food Protection, Lodging, and Institutions, Childcare Centers, Public Swimming Pools, and Tattoo Artist inspection programs. His work hours are T-Fri, 7am-5:30pm. Stephen serves the Department on the Racial Equity Commission.
