Kanjana has been in food safety for more than 15 years. She is an Environmental Health Specialist and authorized in Retail Food Protection, Lodging, and Institutions, Childcare Centers, Public Swimming Pools, and Tattoo Artist inspection programs. Kanjana's work hours are M-Th, 7am-5:30pm. She also has lead roles in public health associations including North Central Educational Health District and North Carolina Public Health Association.
Kanjana's supervisor is Alex Rimmer.
