2026 Human Relations Commission Meetings
The HRC meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month, except no meeting in July and holiday-adjusted meetings on the third Tuesday in November and December. All meetings are hybrid, and residents may join online via Microsoft Teams: Meeting ID 211 584 224 442 0, Passcode Pz7FN9Cc.
The Orange County Human Relations Commission (HRC) is a volunteer civic board committed to promoting fairness, mutual respect, and equal opportunity across our community. HRC advises the County leadership on civil-rights and human relations matters, studies issues of discrimination and social inequality, and recommends actionable solutions to help ensure community well-being.
Each month, the Commission holds a public meeting to discuss ongoing initiatives, policy proposals, and community concerns. Meeting details (date, time, location, online access, and agenda) are published in advance so that residents may attend, share input, and stay informed.
Whether you’re interested in serving on HRC, attending a meeting, or offering feedback — residents are encouraged to engage. The HRC works to uplift dignity, strengthen community relations, and build a more inclusive and equitable Orange County.
