[ARCHIVED] Orange County Presents a 4-Day Trip to the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum & Louisville

The Orange County Department on Aging invites the public to experience an unforgettable 4 day/3 night getaway to Kentucky, featuring the world-renowned Ark Encounter, the Creation Museum, and the vibrant city of Louisville, on June 15th through 18th, 2026.

This deluxe motorcoach tour includes three nights of hotel accommodations, daily breakfasts, and three exceptional dinners—highlighted by dinner at Emzara’s Kitchen at the Ark Encounter and a Broadway-style dinner show at the historic Derby Dinner Playhouse. Travelers will explore the full-size Ark Encounter, built to biblical specifications, with immersive exhibits bringing the story of Noah and life on the Ark to life. The journey continues at the Creation Museum, featuring stunning exhibits, lush botanical gardens, a petting zoo, and camel rides. In Louisville, participants will enjoy the city’s rich culture and attractions, including admission to the Kentucky Derby Museum and a guided tour of Churchill Downs, complete with interactive exhibits and the thrilling 360° film, The Greatest Race.

Trip Cost:

  • $899 per person (double occupancy)
  • $1,125 per person (single occupancy)
