The Orange County Department on Aging and the Orange County Tax Office invite the public to attend Understanding Your Revaluation Notice on April 9 and 10.
Need help understanding your property tax revaluation letters? Orange County Tax Office is partnering with Orange County Department on Aging to help with your concerns! Tax Office staff will be available to explain your assessment, answer questions about potential exemptions, and provide guidance on appeal options. Please bring your revaluation notice and any supporting documentation.
The sessions will take place on Wednesday, April 9 from 9 am – 12 noon at the Seymour Center located at 2551 Homestead Road in Chapel Hill and Thursday, April 10 from 1 – 4 pm at the Passmore Center located at 103 Meadowlands Drive in Hillsborough (adjacent to the Sportsplex).
