[ARCHIVED] Orange County to host free community health clinic

The Orange County Department on Aging’s Project EngAGE Mental Wellness and Falls Prevention & Health Promotion Senior Resource Teams, together with the Wellness Program, invite the public to attend a Free Community Health Clinic on September 26. 

September is Falls Prevention and Healthy Aging Month! To celebrate, Orange County older adults are invited and encouraged to attend our free community health clinic. Join our community health partners as we learn helpful health tips, check our glucose and cholesterol numbers, and review our medications. Resources will be provided by our health partners, including flu and tetanus shots. 

Medication consultations, as well as Falls and Memory screenings, are available by appointment only. To schedulecall 919-245-2015.

The event will take place on Thu, Sep 26, from 10 – 12 pm, at the Passmore Center, located at 103 Meadowlands Dr. in Hillsborough. 

You can register for the event and sign up for an appointment by calling 919-245-2015. Please register by Tue, Sep 24.
