[ARCHIVED] Orange County to offer Tai Chi program

FINDING PEACE WITH TAI CHI on April 3rd

The Orange County Department on Aging and the Project EngAGE Falls Prevention and Health Promotion Senior Resource Team invite the public to attend an interactive discussion, Finding Peace with Tai Chi, on April 3.

Join instructor Marisa Menold for an engaging and interactive discussion on Tai Chi and its many benefits! This session will explore the ancient Chinese practice, focusing on its principles, movements, and the profound impact it can have on physical and mental well-being. Whether you're new to Tai Chi or looking to deepen your understanding, this discussion will offer insights into how Tai Chi promotes balance, flexibility, stress reduction, and overall health. Come with your questions, and experience firsthand how Tai Chi can be a powerful tool for relaxation and vitality in your daily life.

This FREE event will take place on Thu, Apr 3 from 4 – 5:30 pm, at the Seymour Center, 2551 Homestead Rd in Chapel Hill.
