Orange County Land Use Plan 2050 – Guiding Our Future

The first community engagement window to launch the project will kick off with an in-person workshop on October 26, 2023, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Bonnie B. Davis Environment and Agricultural Center, 1020 US-70, Hillsborough, NC 27278.  Orange County community members are invited and encouraged to attend.

Online engagement activities will be made available following the workshop for an opportunity to provide feedback to the project consultant and County staff similarly to participants attending the in-person workshop.  Project branding and a website for the project are currently under development and will be completed prior to the workshop. Public notices, through a variety of sources, will be forthcoming with additional information throughout the planning process.  Please direct any questions to Orange County Planning staff at landuseplan@orangecountync.gov.
