a.  Public Safety Telecommunicators Week Proclamation
The Board proclaimed the week of April 10 through 16, 2022 as Public Safety Telecommunicators Week in Orange County. (Unanimous)
b.  Native Plant Month Proclamation
The Board proclaimed April 2022 as Native Plant Month in Orange County. (Unanimous)
c. Presentation of Manager's Recommended FY 2022-32 Capital Investment Plan (CIP)
The Board received a presentation of the Manager’s Recommended FY 2022-32 Capital Investment Plan.
 
5. Public Hearing on the Financing of Various Capital Investment Plan Projects
The Board conducted a public hearing on the issuance of approximately $46 Million to finance capital investment projects and equipment for the fiscal year; and approved a related resolution supporting the County’s application to the Local Government Commission (LGC) for its approval of the financing arrangements. (Unanimous)

c.  Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board Request for Salary Range Update for the ABC Board General Manager
The Board approved an increase to the salary cap for the ABC General Manager to $132,000. (Unanimous)
