4.  Proclamations/ Resolutions/ Special Presentations
a.  Recognition of Craig Benedict, Retiring Orange County Planning & Inspections Director
The Board recognized and expressed gratitude to Craig Benedict, retiring Orange County Planning & Inspections Director, for his devotion and service to Orange County. 
b.  World Water Day Proclamation
The Board proclaimed March 22, 2022 as World Water Day in Orange County. (Unanimous)
c.  Resolution in Support of Ukraine
The Board approved a resolution in support of Ukraine. (Unanimous)
 
6.  Regular Agenda
a.  203 South Greensboro – Consideration of Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP)
The Board approved next steps for the 203 South Greensboro project with the final Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) of $34,692,067 and a total project for construction and a total project budget of $41,174,840.  The County’s share of the total project cost is $22,218,882.  (Approved 5-2, with Commissioners Bedford and Hamilton dissenting)
b.  Recommendations for Employee Health Insurance and Dental Insurance
The Board approved the Manager’s recommendations regarding employee health and dental insurance effective July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.  (Unanimous)

e.  Changes to the Orange County Broadband Task Force  (Approved)
f.  Lake Orange Erosion Control Barrier Replacement Project – Award of Construction Contract Amendment #1 (Amendment over $250,000) (Approved)
g.  Fiscal Year 2021-22 Budget Amendment #9  (Approved)
