    MINDFULNESS FUNDAMENTALS WITH ELIJAH PRUITT This is a four class series designed to introduce people to mindfulness practices for stress relief. Over the four classes we dive in to what mindfulness is, how it helps us, and how to apply it in the real world. Participants will experience a blend of meditation, body awareness, breathing, and guided relaxation techniques to increase the ability to cope with stress, pain, and the challenges of life.

  2. World Tai Chi Day

    World Tai Chi Day is held annually around the world on the last Saturday of April If you practice Tai Chi, lead a class, or are just curious, please join us for this event and discover the many benefits of this ancient practice.There will be demonstrations of the different forms of Tai Chi and Qi Gong and all are invited to try some of the forms.

    Learn introductory Scottish Gaelic, the native language of the Scottish Highlands, with a fluent speaker in a relaxed, informal environment. The first hour will focus on basic conversational phrases, the second hour on traditional songs from Highland tradition. Sign up for one or both hours.
