  2. Posture Clinic - Seymour

    February 11, 2020, 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM @ Seymour Center

Learn the seven steps to a better posture. Poor posture is one of the most common health problems. It reduces your mobility; increases your risk of falling; can cause headaches; adversely affects blood pressure and mood; constricts breathing and causes muscle imbalances leading to chronic pain - and can even increase your mortality. The clinic will include brief lectures, educational handouts, and simple yoga poses to reverse postural aging. Students will need to be able to get down on a mat. Instructor: Amritari Martinez, M.A., E-RYT Certified Yoga Wellness Educator and Former State Credentialed Adult Instructor. Ph: 919-904-7657, Website: www.mindhealthyoga.com
