    Fun, low-impact fusion dance class for women 45 years and up. This dance class will give you a chance to learn Chinese folk dance in an effective and creative way. While the dances taught in this class will be primarily classical and ethnic Chinese folk dances, they also combine Latin dance techniques.   4. NAMI Basics: Caring for You, Your Family and Your Child - Seymour

    "NAMI Basics" is a free 15-hour education course for parents and grandparents of children 18 and under with emotional, behavioral, and neurological disorders. It is taught by trained teachers who are the parent or grandparent of a child or adolescent who developed mental health symptoms during childhood. The NAMI Basics curriculum gives parents and caregivers vital information about their children's illnesses and treatment strategies so they can better advocate for their children with mental health in school, and other systems involved in their children's care.     1-year and 3-year rabies vaccinations will be available for $10. Please bring a previous rabies certificate in order to get the 3-year vaccine. Microchips also available for $35. Please bring all pets on leashes or in carriers.
