  1. Special screening of "Straws"

    Join Orange County Solid Waste Management for a special screening of "Straws," an award-winning documentary about the environmental impact caused by single-use plastics. Producer/Director Linda Booker will provide comments with a reception following. The film is being shown as part of the Orange County Board of Commissioners' Skip the Straw initiative, which is designed at raising awareness of the abundance of single-use plastics and the damage they can cause the environment.
