Every 4th Tuesday evening (will not meet in May), the Center’s Program Advisory Committee (PAC) awaits your visit. This comfortable setting will be an opportunity to learn about the programs and services offered. Group members will help one another attain a deeper understanding of a dream using a process called Dream Tending, developed by Stephen Aizenstat. This method of dream work does not interpret or analyze a dream but encourages the dreamer to connect with it by feeling it through active imagination and seeing what wisdom the dream has to offer. Join Orange County Solid Waste Management for a special screening of "Straws," an award-winning documentary about the environmental impact caused by single-use plastics. Producer/Director Linda Booker will provide comments with a reception following. The film is being shown as part of the Orange County Board of Commissioners' Skip the Straw initiative, which is designed at raising awareness of the abundance of single-use plastics and the damage they can cause the environment.
