Alcoholism affects many people, especially family and friends. There are people all around that may be experiencing the same thing you are right now. This local Al-Anon group can help provide understanding and support. Al Anon is a mutual support program for people whose lives have been affected by someone else’s drinking. By sharing common experiences and applying the Al-Anon principles, families and friends of alcoholics can bring positive changes to their individual situations, whether or not the alcoholic admits the existence of a drinking problem or seeks help.

Are you turning 65, and eligible for Medicare? Do you feel overwhelmed by all the information “bombarding” you? The Seniors’ Health Insurance Information Program (SHIIP) and the Orange County Department on Aging offer monthly sessions to learn about Medicare - and all its parts. Whether you are retiring soon, already retired or continuing to work, you’ll get valuable information including how and when to enroll, potential penalties for late enrollment, Medicare’s costs, benefits and options. Fun, low-impact fusion dance class for women 45 years and up. This dance class will give you a chance to learn Chinese folk dance in an effective and creative way. While the dances taught in this class will be primarily classical and ethnic Chinese folk dances, they also combine Latin dance techniques.
