Make an Appointment Today: 1 - Online at BIT.LY/OCNCVITA. Be sure to review the eligibility guidelines and What to Bring document; or 2 - Call us at 919-245-4242. Please leave your name and phone number for a return call. Walk-in Clients will be served if time permits. Walk-in clients must meet all eligibility criteria and have all required documents. You should arrive by 9 am for the best chance of being served. Service without an appointment cannot be guaranteed.
