People of Color Caucus - Tell Us What You Think

Good Afternoon,

The People of Color Caucus has been meeting for about two years now and we haven’t seen much increase in participation. We have seen an increase in eligibility of staff to attend caucus because all of you receiving this email, have gone through either the 2-day REI training or an OpenSource training (which makes you eligible for caucus).

Since everyone on this email is eligible to attend caucus, we’d like to know what’s keeping you from enjoying the space that’s been created by us for us.
