ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE FOR JULY 23, 2019

ORANGE COUNTY, NC (July 10, 2019) - Pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes, NCGS § 153A-40, the Orange County Board of Commissioners provides notice of the following special meeting. 
 

• The Orange County Board of Commissioners has scheduled a special meeting on Tuesday, July 23, 2019.  The meeting will be a Public Hearing, start at 7:00 p.m. and will be held at the Whitted Building, 300 W. Tryon Street in Hillsborough.

 
The purpose of the Public Hearing will be to receive public comment on proposed performance-based financial incentives agreement for ABB, Inc. (former GE facility) located in Mebane in the Buckhorn Economic Development District and for the Board to make a decision on the agreement.
