a.  Amendments to the Water and Sewer Management, Planning, and Boundary Agreement

The Board approved amendments proposed by the Town of Chapel Hill to the Water and Sewer Management, Planning, and Boundary Agreement. (Approved 5-1, with Commissioner Hamilton dissenting.)

b.  Establishment of the Strategic Plan Performance Measurements Subcommittee

The Board established and approved the composition for the proposed Strategic Plan Performance Measurements Subcommittee. (Unanimous)
