Fishing Rodeo - Saturday, May 13

Fishing Rodeo

We are so excited to welcome back the Fishing Rodeo, a decades-long Orange County tradition! This annual community event exposes children and their families to the joy of fishing. Bring your own pole or borrow one of ours (limited availability) and toss a hook in the water to experience this timeless, accessible, and life-long pursuit. Volunteers and staff will be on hand along the shoreline to help with baiting and taking fish off hooks.  After a leisurely morning of fishing, enjoy a picnic lunch and the beautiful scenery of Blackwood Farm Park.

Participants are asked to preregister by Wednesday, May 10.  More information and link to online registration at https://www.orangecountync.gov/874/Fishing-Rodeo.
