4.  Proclamations/ Resolutions/ Special Presentations
a.  Proclamation Recognizing Mike Smith, Dean of UNC School of Government
The Board will consider approving a proclamation recognizing Mike Smith, Dean of the School of Government at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
 
5.  Public Hearings
a.  Public Hearing on Orange County’s HOME-ARP Allocation Plan
The Board will hold a public hearing on Orange County’s HOME-ARP Allocation Plan.
b.  Public Hearing on 2021 Consolidated Annual Performance Report (CAPER) for the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program
The Board will hold a public hearing on the draft Consolidated Annual Performance Report (CAPER) for the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program.
c.  2022 Orange County Transit Plan Update – Public Hearing
The Board will hold a public hearing, receive the Policy Steering Committee, Staff Working Group, and Orange Unified Transportation Board recommendations, close the public hearing, and consider taking action on the 2022 Orange County Transit Plan (OCTP) Update. 
 
6.  Regular Agenda
a.  Food Council Memorandum of Understanding Agreement Renewal
The Board will receive information and consider renewal of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) agreement for the Orange County Food Council as proposed by the Food Council’s Executive Committee, which includes elected liaisons from each member jurisdiction. 
b.  Durham & Orange Transit Plan Governance Study – Interlocal Agreement Between Orange County, Durham-Chapel Hill-Carrboro Metropolitan Planning Organization, and Research Triangle Regional Public Transportation Authority
The Board will consider adoption of the Orange County Transit Plan Interlocal Agreement (ILA).
