The Board of Commissioners is conducting a Budget & Capital Investment Plan (CIP) Public Hearing, followed by a Work Session, on June 2, 2022. Members of the Board of Commissioners will be in-person in the Whitted Meeting Room, and the public is invited to attend the meeting.
 
There are three methods for public comment for the Budget/CIP Public Hearing portion of the meeting:

• Members of the public can sign up to speak at Whitted as part of the public hearing.
• Members of the public can be present at the Orange County Animal Services Center Meeting Room at 1601 Eubanks Road, Chapel Hill, NC and sign up to speak via Zoom as part of the public hearing.  (Please note that the work session portion of the meeting that follows the public hearing will not be available via Zoom at the Orange County Animal Services Center.)
• Members of the public can provide written comments by submitting them to the ocbocc@orangecountync.gov email address.

 
There will not be an opportunity for members of the public to speak as part of the work session portion of the meeting as the Board does not receive public comments during work sessions.  Members of the public may provide written comments by submitting them to the ocbocc@orangecountync.gov email address.
 
As in prior meetings, members of the public will be able to view and listen to the meeting via live streaming video at orangecountync.gov/967/Meeting-Videos and on Orange County Gov-TV on channels 1301 or 97.6 (Spectrum Cable).
