Capacity in the meeting room will be limited.  An overflow area, with meeting audio, will be provided, and members of the public will be actively rotated between the meeting room and overflow area.  As in prior meetings, the meeting will be streamed in real-time on the County’s website for public viewing/listening at http://www.orangecountync.gov/967/Meeting-Videos. There will also be real-time broadcast on Spectrum Cable and video-recording for future television broadcast and reference on the County’s website.

4.  Proclamations/ Resolutions/ Special Presentations
a.  Recognition of Craig Benedict, Retiring Orange County Planning & Inspections Director
The Board will recognize and express gratitude to Craig Benedict, retiring Orange County Planning & Inspections Director, for his devotion and service to Orange County. 
b.  World Water Day Proclamation
The Board will consider proclaiming March 22, 2022 as World Water Day in Orange County.
 
6.  Regular Agenda
a.  203 South Greensboro – Consideration of Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP)
The Board will consider and approve next steps for the 203 South Greensboro project with the final Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) of $34,692,067 and a total project for construction and a total project budget of $41,174,840.  The County’s share of the total project cost is $22,218,882.
b.  Recommendations for Employee Health Insurance and Dental Insurance
The Board will consider approving the Manager’s recommendations regarding employee health and dental insurance effective July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.
