4. Proclamations/ Resolutions/ Special Presentations
a. National Register Approval for Cedar Grove School and the Schley Grange Hall
The Board will consider the Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) recommendation that the historic properties known as the Cedar Grove School and the Schley Grange Hall be approved for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
5. Public Hearings
a. Amendment of the Master Telecommunication Plan Map (MTP)
The Board will hold a public hearing, receive comment, and consider action on a request to modify the Master Telecommunication Plan Map (MTP) in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.10.2 Master Telecommunication Plan of the Orange County Unified Development Ordinance (UDO). Specifically, the BOCC is considering a request to add 7203 Union Grove Church Road to the MTP.
6. Regular Agenda
a. Climate Action Tax Recommendations for FY 2019-20
The Board will receive a report on climate change mitigation projects that could be funded through the FY 2019-20 Orange County Climate Action Tax, and the initial ranking of projects by the Commission for the Environment; and consider voting to approve funding for the recommended Climate Action Tax projects for FY 2019-20 as outlined in the attached report.
