African Americans and the Ballot
The Orange County Community Remembrance Coalition (OCCRC), the Department of Human Rights and Relations (OCHR&R) and the North Carolina NAACP co-hosted a virtual panel and discussion on August 6, 2020 from 6:00-7:30pm on African Americans and the Ballot: A Continuing Struggle for Freedom in honor of the 150th Anniversary of the 15th Amendment and 55th Anniversary of the Voting Rights Act of 1965.
