SportsPlex at Passmore Center in Hillsborough
Are you an Orange County resident, age 55 or older? Interested in a SportPlex Membership at a discounted rate?
If you said yes, join the SportsPlex in Hillsborough though the Passmore Center today!
Membership includes group exercise classes and access to the SportPlex fitness center and pool. For more information, including gym hours, visit the SportPlex website.
- Visit the Passmore Center, complete a Senior Center Registration and pick up a Wellness Packet and an initial physical function screen before using the SportPlex facility
- Sign-up and pay special membership rates available only through the Senior Center membership, or qualify for a scholarship at the Orange County SportsPlex
- Complete an equipment orientation session with the SportsPlex Staff
Scholarships are available on a sliding scale to people with low incomes. They will be granted, case-by-case, based on the federal poverty guidelines. For questions, please contact the Wellness Coordinator at 919-245-4270.
A special Membership fee is offered exclusively to members joining through the Senior Center. It includes Fitness and Cardio Centers, Group Exercise Classes (land and water) offered at the SportsPlex facility and Aquatics Center. The SportsPlex is a Silver Sneakers facility. This fitness program is a fun, energizing program that helps older adults take greater control of their health by encouraging physical activity.
Eligibility: Orange County Residents age 55 and older are eligible to join.

Payable to Sportsplex by cash, check, credit card or monthly drafts. The $50 new initiation fee is waived upon completion of the Senior Center Registration and Wellness Packet.
Standard rates apply to non-Orange County residents and to those who do not wish to complete the Senior Center Registration Form and Wellness Packet. Those rates can be found at on the SportPlex membership page.
