It is the responsibility of listing agencies to verify that your information is up to date. If you have corrected/updated your information mid-year you still must verify your information during the annual verification process:
Once a year, Orange County Department on Aging will send a request via email for you to verify that your agency information is correct or to update any changes
If we do not receive a reply we will resend the email verification two more times
If we do not receive a reply from the third email your agency will be deleted from the Community Resource Guide
