The purpose of the discussions on Orange County sponsored social media sites is to present information relevant to the stated purpose of Orange County sponsored social media sites, regarding matters of public interest in Orange County, including its many residents, businesses and visitors. Please note all discussions on Orange County sponsored social media sites are online discussion sites moderated by both the hosting system and the County.
All communication, including comments and direct messages, will be subject to N.C.G.S. Chapter 132 as well as other relevant public record, record retention and e-discovery laws.
