Sheriff's Autistic
Family Emergency Network
(please return form to our office)
With
SAFE-Net, the residents of Orange County will have the ability to
provide the Sheriff’s Office with information about family members who
are affected by Autism. This information will be securely kept on file
and available to deputies should an emergency arise. Specific
information about the individual, including but not limited to; name,
address, emergency contact information, a photograph, type and nature of
their disability, anything that may calm or excite them, would be
readily available to increase the opportunity for the deputy to
effectively respond and bring the case to a successful conclusion.
Join Sheriff Lindy Pendergrass
and his staff to better prepare for emergencies before they happen so
they don’t have to become emergencies at all.
