Efland Mebane Small Area Plan Implementation Focus Group
The Efland-Mebane Small Area Plan (EMSAP) Implementation Focus Group was appointed by the BOCC in August 2006 to assist County staff in implementing the numerous recommendations contained within the adopted EMSAP. The Group meets as necessary and appropriate to carry forward the implementation tasks.
