ORANGE COUNTY, NC (January 8, 2017) -- The Orange County Manager’s Office and Emergency Services Department are announcing Orange County Government offices will be closed Monday, Jan. 9, due to hazardous driving conditions throughout the county.
Residents are encouraged to stay off the roads as re-freezing is expected to occur overnight, and roads that may have been passable during the daylight will refreeze.
Temperatures are not expected to get above freezing until Tuesday.
As always, emergency services are available seven days a week, 24 hours a day a week by calling 9-1-1.
