ORANGE COUNTY TO HOST VOLUNTER RECRUITMENT FAIR
ORANGE COUNTY, NC (March 22, 2016)—The Orange County Department of Aging encourages members of the community to learn about volunteer opportunities to combat social isolation and improve quality of life for Orange County older adults.
The public is invited to attend the Community-Based Volunteer Recruitment Fair on Wednesday, April 13, from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at the Seymour Center located at 2551 Homestead Road in Chapel Hill.
This event is free. Drop by for refreshments, and learn about Volunteer Connect 55+ (VC55+) and the many volunteer opportunities available through the Department on Aging. Meet community-based volunteer team representatives and find your ideal volunteer match.
