Human Relations Commission to host community forum on sexual harassment
ORANGE COUNTY (March 29, 2018) -- The Orange County Human Relations Commission invites the community to an inclusive discussion about sexual harassment topics that are relevant to all ages and genders. "Making Sense of it all: Exploring the Complexities of Sexual Harassment" will be held in Room 230 of the Whitted Building (300 W. Tryon Street, Hillsborough), beginning at 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 15. Refreshments will be provided.
Rachel Valentine, the Community Education Director of the Orange County Rape Crisis Center, will serve as keynote speaker. Other presenters include Robyn Daton (Technical Advisor for FHI 360), Niki Feehan (Sexual Violence Prevention Manager for UNC Student Wellness Department), Brian Spencer (Human Resources Director for PBM Graphics) and Meredith Stewart (Director of Child Safety and Program Risk, YMCA of the Triangle).
