Summer Reading starts on June 1, 2013!
Stop by the library to register for Summer Reading 2013 and take part in all the great events, prize drawings and activities going on throughout June and July. While supplies last, receive a free copy of this summer's Reading Together title The Dry Grass of August when you register.
For Youth (ages 1-11)
Youth registered for summer reading are invited to attend programs on a first-come, first-served basis. Enjoy events in June & July and keep a record of all the books you read all summer. Bring your Reading Record with you to the Library each week to be stamped and receive prizes for reading, or read to give with “Book Bucks.”
For Teens (ages 12-18)
We have great stuff to read all summer long - and every book you read gets you one more entry in our prize drawings! Fill out a book ticket for each book you read this summer for your chance to win one of our prize books. PLUS: write us a short book review for a chance to win a Kindle Fire donated by the Friends of the Library! The more books you review, the more chances you have to win!
Of course there are great programs all summer long for adults and families, too! Sign up to participate in Summer Reading and submit a ticket for each book you read into our prize book drawings. Review a book for a chance to win a Kindle Fire donated by the Friends of the Library - the more books you review, the more chances you have to win!
