The information below supports the application process for agencies interested in receiving outside agency service funds from Orange County Government, the Town of Chapel Hill and the Town of Carrboro.

2011-12 Quarterly Reports
Per the executed performance agreements, quarterly reports are due January 16, April 16, and July 9 of 2012. Please email an electronic copy of your report to Allison Chambers by the deadline. Hard copy submissions will be accepted, electronic preferred.
