Community Health Assessment: The Orange County Health Department conducts a Community Health Assessment every four years to assess the health of the County. A key part of this year’s assessment is a community survey. Health Department staff and volunteers conducted door-to-door surveys in March. We will host five community forums between August and September to present and discuss survey data and select priority health issues. Download the Community Forum flyer to learn more.
