Orange County Diabetes Self Management Education Program

The health department's Nutrition Services Program offers Diabetes Self Management Education (DSME) to help residents with type 2 diabetes better manage their disease and prevent future complications. Visit the DSME page to learn more about the program, its benefits, and how to join.

The Orange County Health Department collaborates with local orginizations, community groups, and healthcare providers to provide nutrition-related programs, classes, and also to serve on coalitions and task force groups related to nutrition, wellness and chronic disease.  Please contact nutrition services for more information.
