Orange County Diabetes Self Management Education Program
The health department's Nutrition Services Program offers Diabetes Self Management Education (DSME) to help residents with type 2 diabetes better manage their disease and prevent future complications. Visit the DSME page to learn more about the program, its benefits, and how to join.
